Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 31 October 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to every ticket sold for NASHA (the "Event") and to your use of nasha2027.com (the "Site"). The Event and the Site are run by NASHA ("we", "us", "our"). By buying a ticket, holding a ticket, or entering the Event, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not buy a ticket.

1. The Event
- Name: NASHA
- Date and time: Saturday, January 30, 2027, doors at 9 PM
- Venue: Liquid, 624 University Ave, Madison, Wisconsin (the "Venue")
- Age requirement: 18+. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at the door. No ID, no entry, and no refund.
We may change the lineup, set times, or other details of the Event that are not essential to it. Those changes do not entitle you to a refund.
2. Tickets
- Each ticket admits one person, one time. Each ticket has a unique QR code. The first valid scan admits the holder, and later scans of the same code are rejected.
- Treat your QR code like cash. Anyone who has it can use it. We are not responsible for a code that you share, forward, post online, or lose.
- Tickets are for personal use. You may give a ticket to a friend. Reselling tickets for more than the price you paid, or reselling through any unauthorized platform, is not allowed. We may cancel, without a refund, any ticket that we reasonably believe was resold in breach of these Terms, bought with a stolen or unauthorized payment method, or bought in breach of a per-person limit.
- We may limit the number of tickets per order or per person.
- A ticket does not guarantee entry if the Venue reaches its legal capacity. Arrive on time. If you are turned away because the Venue is at capacity and you arrived before 11 PM, you will receive a full refund.
3. Price, fees and taxes
- The price shown for a tier is the ticket price. Wisconsin sales tax (5.5%) and a card processing fee are added at checkout.
- At checkout we show each part before you pay: the ticket, the sales tax, the processing fee and the total. You pay the total shown.
- Prices are in US dollars. Prices may change between sale phases. A price change does not affect tickets already bought.
4. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your card or wallet details go directly to Stripe and never reach our servers. Your bank statement will show NASHA TICKETS.
If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us first, we may cancel the ticket(s) on that order while the dispute is open. Please email help@nasha2027.com first. We answer quickly.
5. Refunds
- Tickets are non-refundable. We do not give refunds because you changed your mind, can no longer attend, or bought the wrong quantity. The only exceptions are listed in this section. If you have a question about your order, email help@nasha2027.com.
- Event cancelled: If we cancel the Event, every ticket holder receives a full refund of the price paid, to the original payment method, without needing to ask.
- Event postponed or moved: If the Event moves to a new date or venue, your ticket stays valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a full refund within 14 days of our announcement.
- Our discretion: We may give other refunds at our sole discretion. A refund given once does not create an obligation to give one again.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show the refund.
6. Entry and conduct
- The Venue's own rules, dress code and security policies apply in addition to these Terms. Security may search bags and persons.
- We and the Venue may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone who appears intoxicated, behaves in a threatening, violent, harassing or discriminatory way, damages property, or breaks the law or the Venue's rules. No refund is given in that case.
- No re-entry unless the Venue's staff say otherwise.
- Alcohol is sold and served only by the Venue, and only to guests of legal drinking age with valid ID.
- You are responsible for your own belongings. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
7. Photos and video
The Event may be photographed and filmed. By entering, you agree that your image and voice may appear in photos and videos of the Event, and that we may use them to promote this and future events, without payment to you. If you would like a specific photo of you removed from our channels, email help@nasha2027.com and we will take it down.
8. Survey and prize draw
After purchase you may be invited to take an optional survey. Taking the survey is never required to buy a ticket or attend. Any prize draw connected to the survey is governed by its separate Official Rules at nasha2027.com/rules, including a free way to enter that requires no purchase.
9. Assumption of risk
Attending a live event with crowds, loud music, lights and alcohol carries some risk, including risk of injury, illness, hearing damage, and loss of property. You attend at your own risk and accept those risks.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law:
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Event, your ticket, or the Site is limited to the price you paid for your ticket(s).
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including travel, hotel, or other costs you incurred to attend.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
11. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, public health orders, Venue closure, power failure, or government action. If the Event is cancelled for such a reason, Section 5 applies.
12. The Site
- You may not misuse the Site, including by trying to access accounts or data that are not yours, interfering with its operation, scraping it, or using automated tools to buy tickets.
- The Site's design, text, logos and images belong to us or are used with permission.
13. Privacy
How we collect and use your information is described in our Privacy Policy at nasha2027.com/privacy.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Dane County, Wisconsin, and you agree to those courts' jurisdiction.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version posted on the Site at the time you buy your ticket applies to that purchase, except that safety and conduct rules may be updated at any time before the Event.
